Tray erector

A high-performance, compact packaging solution for processing trays made from solid and corrugated board, with a throughput of up to 60 trays per minute. Glue is applied from above and, in combination with an integrated glue application monitoring system, ensures maximum process reliability. The system can be optionally fitted with an automatic magazine loading system to ensure uninterrupted operation.

Incorrectly glued trays can be automatically rejected if necessary, thereby ensuring consistently high packaging quality. The machine can be flexibly integrated into existing lines and easily connected to existing conveyors.
